Proton PEM Meteorological Equipment
Hydrogen Generators for Filling Weather Balloons
In meteorological applications, hydrogen is used as a lift gas for filling weather balloons where helium supply is unavailable, unreliable, or prohibitively expensive. HOGENĀ® hydrogen generation systems are ideally suited to producing hydrogen at its point of use, using only electricity and water to provide hydrogen at 13.8 barg/ 200 psig pressure without the need for mechanical compression.
